My Process
My first task is to identify and understand the challenges facing my client or employer.
If an instructional design assessment hasn’t been done, I’ll conduct one. I use the ADDIE approach, and my objective is to uncover one or more viable solutions.
When e-learning is required, I clearly explain what needs to happen, why, and how to measure the result to determine success or failure.
I may create a functional prototype, allowing key stakeholders to interact with a proposed solution, provide feedback, and ensure it meets the needs we want to address.
